2. Have prospective tenant fill out and sign form. Tenant Application (PDF)

3. Sign landlord authorization form. Fax Cover Sheet (You must send the Cover Sheet every time)

4. Fax both forms to (888) 215-5382 (Fax Only signatures are required)

5. You will recieve your background report within 48 hours.

To order a credit check :

1. Simply specify that you would like a credit check on the tennant Application form.
